Luna is a young, beautiful purebred Ragdoll! She’s an extrovert with a dash-o-diva. This girl knows what she wants and when she wants it and when she’s had enough. Are you a quick learner who’s savvy in cat lingo? Luna is happy to share her desires with clear feline communication.
Luna happily plays with different toys and loves treats. Who doesn’t like a good box, paper bag, wand toy and crinkle ball too! Vertical and horizontal cat scratchers are a plus. Luna would be ideal for clicker training. She’s good with adults and teens that have cat experience and easy-going cats and dogs. She’d also be fine as an only cat. Luna can be a bit nippy so younger kids or those who are not cat savvy wouldn’t be a good fit for her.
Luna has had 3 surgeries for obstructions, two of the obstructions were nerf pellets and the third was either nerf pellets and/or hair bands. With her history, any family that has Luna must be VERY mindful of leaving out things that she might chew, eat and swallow. Remember, cat tongues are curved with tiny backward facing spines, called papillae that can transfer large amounts of saliva from mouth to fur, which cleanses. This is the same reason that small objects that are in the mouth can easily be swallowed.
Luna isn’t a choosy eater and has wet food that is fed both for breakfast and dinner. She has perfect litterbox usage and prefers a large, open top box with an unscented litter.
The usual introductions to family and other pets apply. Start out in a room as base camp with introductions being at a speed acceptable to other pets in the home and Luna. Slow, patient and steady is a set-up for success.
