SPECIFICS

Egyptian Mau: Silver, green eyes, spayed female, 6 years, 15 lbs, has claws.

Cat friendly: Yes, requires another kitty friend in the home.

Dog friendly: Has never been exposed to dogs and would likely not do well.

Kid friendly: Older and respectful teens

GETTING TO KNOW ME

Pippa is a sweet Egyptian Mau looking for an easy-going household where she can come out of her shell at her own pace! Pippa starts out cautious and takes a few weeks to warm up in new environments, but once she is comfortable and settled, she will be your best friend! Pippa isn’t all about being where the action is and is much more of a wallflower. She was a momma previously and loves her kitty friends! She needs to have at least 1 other cat in her forever home and is often seen cuddling and licking other cats. Pippa would love to even be adopted with one of her current Mau friends! She also likes to lay on your lap to snuggle up.
 

Pippa doesn’t play with toys often, but she enjoys batting at string toys as long as the other kitties don’t try to steal it! We would love to find Pippa a forever home to work on getting her more exercise and a strict diet to work on losing weight to keep her healthy. She currently eats Blue Buffalo Turkey & Potato dry food. Pippa loves wet food and treats and will come out of her shell much quicker when you have food! She is great using a large open litter boxes with unscented clumping litter.

VETTING PROVIDED 

Spayed, vaccinated (FVRCP/rabies,) tested negative for FIV/FeLV, microchipped, dewormed.

LOCATION AND ADOPTION

Fostered in Columbia, MO

Adoption fee: $400.00.

PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats. We welcome long-distance adopters. Adopters must travel to the foster home or nearest airport (at the discretion of the foster parent.) Must be picked up within 2 weeks of adoption approval/acceptance unless prior arrangements have been made.
