Moose, the gentle giant kitten, is pretty darn close to bomb-proof and is looking for a super snuggly home to call his own. Moose easily acclimates to new environments and gets along well with new kind friends! He has no idea that he’s basically a huge toddler and not the most graceful boy. Moose loves human affection and snuggles and will reward you with soft rumbling purrs but he also seeks out other easy-going sweet cats for playtime. Slow introductions with a base camp to start off is still a must.

Moose is easily groomed and is low maintenance overall. Our vet noticed that on his his right eye, the 3rd lid had adhered to his eye most likely from a previous upper respiratory infection. The adhesion was cut away and nothing else needs to be done. He sees fine, its just a bit squinty looking.

Because Moose is a kitten, yes an 11 lb. kitten, it is requited that he be adopted to a home with another sweet and playful young cat for companionship or adopt a second cat we have that would be a good match for him. A dog that will ignore him and respectful children over 10 years would be fine. He is great with an extra-large, no-lid litter box with a low dust, unscented, scoopable litter. He currently enjoys breakfast and dinner of Honest Kitchen dehydrated chicken food.
