Monet is a drop dead gorgeous, sweet, curious, and very loving girl.

She is a wonderful example of a Ragamuffin with a sturdy body weighing about 8 pounds. She has a coat that feels like bunny fur and the striking sable and white fur will make you stop and take notice. Monet will start out shy but once she is comfortable, she is a friendly girl who loves to be in your face for petting and love. Monet is Mom to Donnie who is also available for adoption, and they get along very well.  Monet would benefit from a friendly easy-going feline companion and would be fine with a respectful dog. A relaxed home where she has people around more often than not to lavish her with love is her ideal.

Grooming is minimal and no problem with Monet because she loves the attention, just be gentle. As with most long-haired cats, grooming should be ongoing and nail trims about every 3-4 weeks. Monet eats Honest Kitchen dehydrated for breakfast and dinner and uses a large, open top litter box with Worlds Best unscented, scoopable litter. The usual litter box husbandry applies, one box per cat plus an extra, and if the home is a multi-level dwelling, a litter box on each level is recommended.

Monet will start out shy so be patient, she’s worth it. Start her out in a room as basecamp with introductions being at a speed acceptable to Monet and other pets in the home.
