Kady has a ginormous personality!! She is incredibly loving, chatty, and loves having constant petting. She will search out people to be held, adored and toted around. Did I mention that she’s an absolute professional at making biscuits every chance she gets? She will need a single room to start out in, often referred to as “basecamp” with slow introductions and expansion of her space at her pace and the pace of other pets in the home. Kady should warm up to humans very quickly.

Kady is an easy, happy-go-lucky sorta girl. She’s tiny at 5 lbs but super fun and snuggly. She’d likely be fine with another cat that would ignore her, possibly a respectful dog that would ignore her and respectful cat savvy kid(s). Kady needs to be in a home where people are home much of the time. Please expect typical flat faced eye care, with daily eye wiping and the usual combing that Persians require. Kady has selective hearing and sometimes she hears us but most of the time she doesn’t. Kady is currently in a lion-cut and velvety soft. Kady’s person passed away and it was obvious that she was deeply loved because she can not get enough of people and she will not only make biscuits on you but will tap you until you pet her. Don’t tell her she’s 13! This girl LOVES wand toys almost as much as snuggles. And car rides are a fun time for her and she loves to tag along in a backpack to run errands. She had a dental and a full senior workup and she is in fantastic shape. She is front paw declawed and with all declawed cats that come to us, she had xrays to ensure her feet are as comfortable as possible and they need no surgical declaw repair. 

She has a medium energy level and her focus in life is to be petted by people. In her new home she should ideally have 2 litter boxes (one on each floor if there’s more than one level), spacious in size with no top and scoopable, unscented litter. She currently enjoys breakfast and dinner of Fancy Feast chicken pate, and a stainless water fountain and water bowl.
