SPECIFICS

Egyptian Mau: Silver, green eyes, spayed female, 1 year, 10 lbs, has claws.

Cat friendly: Yes, requires another kitty friend in the home.

Dog friendly: Has never been exposed to dogs and would likely not do well.

Kid friendly: Older and respectful teens

Special needs: None 

 

GETTING TO KNOW ME

River is a sweet and friendly Egyptian Mau looking for an easy-going household where she can explore and play! River starts out cautious and takes a couple weeks to warm up to new environments, but once you’re in her good graces, she will be your best friend!  She is very chatty and will meow to have a conversations with you.  She loves her kitty friends and needs to have at least 1 other cat in her forever home. River would love to even be adopted with one of her current Mau friends! River is often seen cuddling and licking the other cats.  She also loves to take a nap cuddling on you!
 
River loves her toys and will even carry some around in her mouth, but her favorite pastime is watching TV! She especially loves watching videos about birds and trying to chase them through the screen!
 
River currently eats Blue Buffalo Turkey & Potato dry food. River loves wet food and treats and will come out of her shell much quicker when you have food!  She is great using a large open litter boxes with unscented clumping litter.
 
River can get anxious for vet visits, so she typically receives gabapentin prior to seeing the vet. She is a extremely healthy young cat who will love you for many years to come!

VETTING PROVIDED 

Spayed, vaccinated (FVRCP/rabies,) tested negative for FIV/FeLV, microchipped, dewormed.

Fostered in Columbia, MO

Adoption fee: $450.00.

PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats. We welcome long distance Adopters. Adopters must travel to the foster home or nearest airport (at the discretion of the foster parent).
