GETTING TO KNOW HER

Sassafras is a beautiful, laid back, and friendly Persian looking for her forever home. Sassafras will take no time to acclimate to her new environment. She makes herself right at home wherever she is. Sassafras loves a nice long cat nap on whatever piece of furniture is comfiest for her. She loves chasing wand toys and will wake right up from her nap to run around. Sassafras also loves to be pet. This is the way to her heart! She will lightly tap you with her paw to tell you “please keep petting me”. She is getting used to being held and enjoys a good cuddle session right on your chest. Sassafras has no teeth and is a high maintenance princess who expects a big, super clean litter box. She is used to having multiple liter boxes in the house with them being cleaned twice per day. If her litter box is not kept in pristine princess condition, she will go next to the litter box instead of in it. Who among us doesn’t prefer a clean bathroom?!

Sassafras would be fine as an only cat or with another cat or two that respected her and gave her space. A low energy dog that would ignore her and older respectful kids would be fine too.

VETTING PROVIDED

Spayed, microchipped, tested negative for heartworm, FIV/FeLV, vaccinated for FVRCP/rabies, and stenotic NARES surgery to improve breathing.

LOCATION AND ADOPTION

Fostered in Valparaiso IN. (40 minutes from Chicago and SW Michigan and 2 hrs from Wisconsin)

Adoption fee: $250.00.

PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats. We welcome long distance Adopters. Adopters must travel to the foster home or nearest airport (at the discretion of the foster parent).
