GETTING TO KNOW HIM
Apollo is a sight to behold.  Even prettier in person than his pictures convey. This handsome boy joined us through our partnership with CFA Breed Rescue Program. Like most cats Apollo may start out a bit reserved, he gets comfortable pretty quick and will turn on the charm and his goofball, court jester antics come shinning though. He’s very playful, sweet, toy motivated and is a connoisseur of comfy, plush cat beds and catnip toys . 

Apollo will thrive in a home that will play with him, not just watch him play but join in the fun. Run through your house with a cat wand and you’ll have a playmate in a snap. He is an easy-going cat. Another friendly cat, a cat friendly dog and/or a cat savvy kid 10 years and older would be appropriate.  Apollo would thrive as an only cat with plenty of interactive play and enrichment and attention.   
 

As far as Bengals go, we call him “Bengal-lite”. He’s more of a low to medium energy Bengal and would compare to a domestic cat in that regard.  He’s either hard of hearing or deaf but that really is only noticeable because he sleeps like a rock! He is currently using a large, uncovered litter box and a scoopable, unscented litter. He enjoys breakfast and dinner of Honest Kitchen brand dehydrated food and has a stainless water fountain for fresh water on-demand.

VETTING PROVIDED

Neutered, microchipped, tested negative for Heartworm/FIV/FeLV, vaccinations for FVRCP/rabies, dewormed, senior workup (results were common of a cat his age) and dental. 

LOCATION AND ADOPTION 

Fostered in Valparaiso IN. (40 minutes from Chicago and Michigan and 2 hrs from Wisconsin)

Adoption fee: $250.00. 

PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats. We welcome long distance Adopters. Adopters must travel to the foster home or nearest airport (at the discretion of the foster parent).
